Anmoll D Shroff holds an MBA in finance and began his real estate career at a young age. Anmoll exemplifies ambition, strategic foresight, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in the real estate sector.
With over 15+ years of experience in the real estate advisory and development, Anmoll has built an impressive track record. He has worked with leading architects to ensure exceptional designs and collaborated with top-tier banking and financial institutions to secure fund-raising. His expertise spans development, site clearance, tenant management, and facilitating seamless property transitions. He also possesses a sharp eye for strategic acquisitions, having successfully revitalised distressed projects in the Mumbai suburbs.
Under Anmoll’s strategic leadership, more than 1 million square feet of real estate projects have been successfully delivered in Mumbai. His deep understanding of liaison work and strong relationship-building skills have been keys to smooth project execution.
Anmoll’s entrepreneurial drive has been a consistent force in his career. He founded Propbay India LLP (formerly known as Shroff Realty) in 2006, refined his development expertise at Paradigm Realty from 2018 to 2020, and established Graanth Realty in 2021.
